Delivery Times

Approximate time taken from dispatch to the receipt of goods:

Regional Areas via Express Courier: 2-4 working days (excluding public holidays)
(Please note that this is the time from dispatch and not when the actual order was placed)

Please note:

- If your order was placed and confirmed before 2:30pm, it will be collected same working day from our warehouse.

- If your order was placed after 2:30pm, it will be collected the next working day from our warehouse.

Once collected from our warehouse delivery will be 2-4 working days (excluding public holidays).

If your order/product is damaged, please send us clear images of the damaged product.

Upon receipt of clear images and evaluated and confirmed as a valid request, we will replace the damaged product at no charge.

Delivery fees including in price

You will receive updates on delivery as the order leaves the warehouse and updates along the way to get delivered.
